WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover and is void if damage is a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading and stretching of fabrics, glass breakage, glides, repairs or modifications to the product after purchase, or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care and maintenance as outlined in our Care & Maintenance instructions.

Teak wood is a natural material. As such, you may notice checking (small cracks), teak oil secretions, and a lifting of the grain as the wood weathers outdoors. These are normal occurrences and are not covered by warranty.

Rustic teak furniture is prized for its unique character. Nicks, splits, cracks, knots, and other imperfections in the wood are an inherent part of the furniture design. Finishes are hand applied and some slight color variation is normal. By its nature, rustic teak wood planks may be somewhat uneven and may cup or bow over time due to changes in temperature or humidity. We believe this only enriches the furniture’s rustic appeal and is not covered by warranty.
